safely stowed
Green above,

Wooded ribbon

Not sure if you have seen but nominated you for an award http://paulaacton.wordpress.com/2012/07/29/awards-catch-up/
Thanks so much! I’ll hopefully be able to post an acceptance soon!
here we rest – and what a beautiful place to join in rest.
That was a beautiful day and I did rest for a bit in that very spot.
and now you remember and smile! blessing upon blessing.
The poem is great. Loved the video, too.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed both.
love the photo and the poem. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for stopping by for a little glimpse of London.
Lovely
Just how many photos did you take in London? Lol
Xx
More than I’ll ever admit.
Lol!
Ha ha ha

Pausing with you on the beautiful green grass. Thank goodness the mosquitoes aren’t biting much here while reading your poem. LOL!
May the mosquitos continue to leave you alone!
Lovely tribute to the London Olympics!
Lovely word images, so delightfully illustrated by your photo. Made me take a nice, long breath….and think about safely stowing my wings, as well.
Enjoy that nice long breath!
Inspiring! Is this one of the parks where they’re having any events now?
I’m sure they are. St. James park connects to Buckingham Palace and the government sector. It’s in the middle of it all!
It does look like wooded ribbon… great image!
Thanks!
I took that shot mainly because that tree branch caught my eye. It’s so unique!
Is it peaceful there now? I wonder.
I suspect its a madhouse of tourists. Yikes!
What a glorious place to pause and drink in the green! Your poem describes it perfectly.
It’s the best place in the world to sit down and enjoy an ice cream cone.
