Intertwined

Standard

There is the place above, white and bright

And the place below, shadowed with strife

Weaving them together, the place between

The ground with roots, twigs, and green

One is where we believe angels fly,

the other is for others who refuse to abide

What’s left is where we breathe and reside

Is one good, one evil, and one where choices are made?

Or are they all intertwined and part of a harmonious plane?

In all things, there is shadow and light

In every breath, the threads of life
