Summer has long passed by and so has fall, but one of my garden plants continued grow as though the warm weather never left. Back in July, I planted three pepper plants hoping they would at least flower. Months went by and all I got was some nice stems with leaves. I’d just about given up until little white flowers started to bloom on each of the plants in the middle of November. Out of several flowers, one green pepper started to grow!

It’s like my garden is decorating itself for Christmas with little “ornaments” of red and green!

I wish I could properly explain how excited I was to see these peppers appear. It’s the little things in life . . .

I love garden surprises too. Like someone else turning up and doing the gardening. 😀

Lol! 🙂 I do like it when someone else shows up to dig up and loosen the dirt. Everything else is no problem.

Aren’t those tiny peppers just as cute as can be?

That plant finally bit the bullet. The cold was a little too much for it to handle, but I’m still proud of how long it lasted and that it actually produced a “crop.” Can’t wait to see what happens next year. 🙂
