In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, I thought a virtual walk along the Cliffs of Moher would be a nice way to celebrate Ireland. I was lucky enough to catch cliffs on a clear day, which made the view nothing short of spectacular.

Oh! Where is this! I have a similar walk on my Bucket List – called the Causeway Coast Way. Have you heard of it? http://www.walkni.com/Walk.aspx?ID=186

Whoa! That looks like a lot of fun! 🙂
You have to travel across the Atlantic for these cliffs. They dangle right at the edge of Ireland. 🙂

Wow, this place is beautiful! How did you get to go to so many splendid places? Did you take a year off and travel Europe and Asia?

Having summers off comes in quite handy. Every other year, I take off somewhere new! 🙂

Stunning shots! My first trip to the cliffs was blessedly clear like this. My second trip they were so fogged in you’d never have known they were there. Your shots bring back wonderful memoried. Happy St. P’s Day!

These are the scariest cliffs anywhere in Europe – there is absolutely no barrier, you can walk right out onto ledges and look down more than 300 feet… I’m perspiring just thinking about them!
Beautiful, though.

When we went out to the Burren region I put my toes right to the edge and looked down. I thought my Grandma was going to have a heart attack.
