A to Z Abroad: Týn Church

To blue they reach,
gold tipped fingers
The same call rings,
as time goes by
May peace descend,
on war torn souls
Old twins speak,
will they be heard?

  1. Oh my gosh! Tyn! It’s hard to actually see this church from the outside, hidden as it is within the surrounding buildings of Staometske Namesti, but it is so purely baroque inside – an architectural gem. It was actually one of the last churches we visited in Prague, but such a surprise!

    • I didn’t get to go inside!! I’ll bet it is absolutely incredible. Baroque architecture is always awe inspiring! I did, however, get to see the inside of St. Nicholas (just down the street) and it was incredible! 🙂
