    • I was surprised by this piece as a whole. Normally, the image inspires the words, but this time it all happened backwards. Words first, then image. Nonetheless, I like how it turned out. 🙂

    • Nice catch. 🙂 Of late, I’ve been working a lot with the notion of contrast and conflict between light and dark, with emphasis on the space between. For these lines, I started by creating a small word bank and then adding antonyms to counteract the original list. I’m more than a little fascinated at how they all fit together so poetically. 🙂
