The bells are silent,
refusing to speak
As white noise invades,
clarity grows black
Patience of the mind,
slows a fast heartbeat
In stillness we find,
reasons to just breathe

Oooo I love that picture as for mediation, my daily fix! Namaste!

All over China there seems to be little spaces made just for meditation. I love how even in one of the most populated countries in the world, there’s still a way to find solitude and silence. 🙂

I sure wish we could find more silence around here. Wonderful poem.

It’s pretty tough in a big city, but there are always pockets of quiet hiding somewhere! 🙂
