Now You’re All Just Spoiling Me

Standard

I’m still giddy about receiving the 7×7 Link and Versatile Blogger Awards, so imagine my surprise when I found out I’ve been given two more blog awards!  Leila on Write Am I was kind enough to pass the Sunshine Award to my blog last week.  If you haven’t visited Leila’s blog, it really is worth a click.  She has a delightful sense of humor, which she expresses through images, poetry, and fantastic posts about the writing process.  Her blog was also a recipient of the Sunshine Award and it is very deserving!  For her to consider my blog worthy of the same simply blows me away.

In addition, Natalie Sharpston nominated me for the Kreativ Blogger Award.  She is a talented writer who keeps a wonderful blog on the writing process and she gives great advice for navigating the industry.  I can’t begin to say how happy I was to see she has returned to blogging after a small hiatus.  Welcome back, Natalie!

For this stage, I am combining the requirements and passing both awards along to these 10 very deserving blogs. You are all welcome to take both or just one – your choice!

Heart to Harp

Between beautiful photographs and posts all about the journey of a musician as she learns to play the harp, this blog is one of my favorite.

Mademoisiellebluebell

This is a recent find and I am loving every new post I read.  Fairy tales, poetry, and a fantastic sense of humor puts this blog in a league of its own.  Just recently, poems about informercials and a snuggie had me in stitches.

30 Minute Art

The philosophy behind this blog is so beautiful – every day this blogger sits down and adds a new illustration to her journal.  The drawings are full of color, whimsy, and the sheer love of art comes through on every page.

TBN Ranch

I’ve mentioned this blog many times, but a recent series about Beamer the Donkey learning how to wear a saddle and take a rider is proving to be very entertaining and informative.  I smile every time I see him!

Lake Superior Spirit

The posts on this blog take me back to my summers in Northern Wisconsin where trees, lakes, and leaves went as far as they eye could see.  While this blogger is stationed in Michigan, her posts about Northwoods living brings those summer memories back in vivid detail.

That’s Not My Table

The writer of this blog is literally a ball of sunshine.  She has been on my blogroll for a long time as her posts always bring a smile to my face.

Rough Water John

My favorite pirate poet always wows me with innovative wordsmithing.  His philosophy on life and writing always reminds me to slow down and enjoy what really matters in life.

A Quid for the Quill

This blog has wonderful posts about books (I always look forward to the titles features as they are sometimes a bit under the radar) and writing.  This writer is very thoughtful and intelligent which makes her blog a true gem.

W. Chaser

I’ve followed W. Chaser for quite some time now and its exciting to watch as he gets ready to launch his first novel.  Recently, his informative posts about formatting a novel to fit e-book parameters have all made my list of bookmarks for future reference.

Laura Best

Another great blog chronicling the adventures of a writer.  Her novel, Bitter, Sweet was shortlisted for the Geoffery Bilson Award for Historical Fiction for Young People and she is now in the process of polishing some short stories.
